I have a friend that has had a lot of success with intermittent fasting. She uses intermittent fasting to lose weight and boy has it ever worked. The success that she has had with fasting to lose weight has convinced me to try it for myself. I haven’t decided whether or not I will follow her intermittent fasting diet or not, because there are some different methods that you can use in order to get some great results with intermittent fasting weight loss. For example, my friend Christine that has had some amazing results with her intermittent fasting diet will eat every other day. She will eat regularly for a twenty-four hour period and then fast for the next twenty-four hours.

A few months ago she started intermittent fasting weight loss, and hasn’t tried anything else since. She had such great results that it motivated her and encouraged her to keep at it even during the tough times. This is good news because for me personally it is hard to stick to diets and this is especially true when it doesn’t seem like you are getting results. With intermittent fasting the results start to happen quickly, and that is great for motivation.

Christine told me that the quick results are the only reason that she was able to stick to the diet. Because once you notice the weight loss it help your will power. I definitely need a diet like this because I have started and stopped so many diets the past few years. You would not believe the number of programs and groups that I have joined over the years. And let’s not forget about the amount of money that I have spent on these programs as well.

I didn’t just start these diets and quit them within a few days. I stuck to every single one of them for at least two weeks. And because after this time period I wasn’t losing any weight I had decided that the diet wasn’t for me. I was sacrificing eating the things that I wanted to eat and changed my lifestyle. And still wasn’t having any results. If I had seen any weight loss at all in that time frame at least I would have known that something was working, and it would have given me the motivation to stick to it. But that didn’t happen, and here I am still searching for the right diet for me. Hopefully it will be intermittent fasting. I’ll know soon because I’ll be starting it tomorrow morning. Wish me luck!
